I replaced most of the grass I put on last week with some coconut fibers. I feel they laid better as they had some shape and was not just straight pieces. I glued them down with some VMS sand and ballast freeze thinned with a little bit of wetting aid by Golden to break the tension some. There were some tide marks, but I wasn‘t worried as I went over all the grass and other areas of the hull and turret with Modellers World weathering paint colors dirty dust and dried heavy mud. I hit all the wheels as well. Now I will put on some mud build up.
