Just finished pinning my project and trying to see how the tile looks on the base. I used brass pins to support the weight of the statue. I'm going to go with the star tile. The pattern goes with the five Star Stories theme.

Resubmiting my final pictures. Something must have happened when the system was down for maintenance!

I still have work to do on the frame. The outer armour has its been a challenge due to the size and my need for a really smooth surface. I had to resand and smooth several areas. The next step is to try and add weathering to this kit.

These are 3 of my favorite airbrushes to use. I also have an old Pasche airbrush that I use for primer and clearcoat.

I still have more work to do. Can't wait to try out a new technique I've been wanting to do.

Finally starting on some of the details work for main body! I'm relieved that my screw up on the head wasn't to much of a set back!

I started to paint the chrome on several parts. I made an error while putting the clear coat on the head and had to strip the paint off! 😂 I have to start over from primer and so on.

I still have work to do on some of leg pieces. Had time clean out my spay booth before I could finish priming.

After priming my kit. I painted it gloss black using Kaizo gloss black. It's required when painting chrome to have a nice layer of gloss black down. The gloss black helps the chrome to stand out!

The body is pinned. I primmed the kit using Mr. Color 1500 primer gray.
