MIG-21UM - FINE DEI LAVORI
FINITO
E buona fortuna a tutti i partecipanti.

Here are the final shots.
I am happy to have had the opportunity to participate in this competition, to which I have devoted a great deal of time over the last few months.
I chose the Mikoyan-Gurevich MiG-21UM Mongol-B (serial number 9349), which entered service with the Polish Air Force in May 1981.
I selected it for its distinctive "White Tiger" livery.
The aircraft was retired from service in 2003 and later put on display at the Krakow museum.
I gathered as much information, photographic material, and technical drawings as possible to reproduce it as faithfully as I could, starting with the 1/48 scale Trumpeter kit.
I added several enhancements during the build (such as rivet detail, modifications to the cockpit interior, landing gear, air intakes, various antennas, and decals) and hand-painted the unique "White Tiger" livery.
It was a challenging project, but I am pleased that I managed—despite quite a rush—to complete it on schedule.
I’ll leave you with the final photos now, and I want to thank everyone who followed and supported me during the build, as well as those who made this stimulating competition possible.
Good luck to all the participants.
