Let's keep things moving. I'm getting started on the interior.

Finished applying the body decals today. The chassis is also done. Now I'm moving on to the interior.

Today, I did some work on the undercarriage and its components. I also made new brake discs, because—as you’ll agree—the ones from the kit don't make a great impression. I painted the parts according to the instructions. The bodywork still needs a few decals applied, followed by clear-coating.

Final model gallery

Today I installed the final parts: the windows, antenna, mirrors, and wipers. The model is finished and ready to be admired. I’m not entirely happy with the decals, but hey—sometimes that’s just how it goes. The build itself was virtually trouble-free; I only had to do a little bodywork at the start. Overall, I like the model, and it’s definitely shelf-worthy. Thanks to everyone for following the build and for all the likes. I really enjoyed the process.

Today I am masking the windows to paint the window seals. Since the kit doesn't include window masks, I have to make them myself. For this, I need wide masking tape (10 cm)—ideally a thinner type that is slightly translucent—a sharp-tipped hobby knife (preferably a fresh, unused blade), and a pair of fine-tipped tweezers. Naturally, precision cutting and a steady hand are key. I make the cuts without pre-marking the lines with a fine-point pen or similar tool. In my opinion, the method I described is sufficient. You can see the result in the photo; I think it turned out well.

The bodywork is almost finished. Just a few more details, and it will be ready for the clear coat. The finish will be satin. For now, I’ve test-fitted the body to see how the model looks with the gold rims.
