Let's start with this miniature :) Nerikson’s The Four Horsemen: Death is a striking 130 mm display-scale sculpt that reimagines the biblical rider of Death as a grim, highly detailed fantasy centerpiece. The model depicts the pale rider mounted on a decaying, corpse-like horse, with an ashen, skeletal aesthetic that leans heavily into dark fantasy rather than historical or traditional medieval design. It has a strong sense of motion and drama, with flowing cloth, organic decay, and layered armor details that make it especially appealing as a painting project for display collectors rather than tabletop use. What makes this particular piece stand out in the full Four Horsemen series is its balance between elegance and horror: the rider’s sculpt is imposing, but much of the visual storytelling comes from the undead mount, whose exposed bone, sagging flesh, and haunting posture give the diorama a very apocalyptic feel.
