Lexus LFA Update #3 - Test Fitting Body Parts
00 Video playing around with the two different positions of the active rear wing.
01 Removed the meshes from the photo-etched fret and cleaned them up.
02 Test-fitting each mesh individually. If necessary, I roll them with a rod to match the correct curvature.
03 The rear lights fit perfectly.
04 The headlights also fit perfectly.
05 Hobby Design provides an incorrect mesh here, so I won’t be using it.
06 The underbody panels fit with very high precision.
07 The rear wing can optionally be installed with magnets in both retracted and deployed positions. Each position uses a separate part.
08 Installed the receiving magnets inside the body shell (all of this is included in the kit).
09 Rear wing in the deployed position.
10 Test fitting was successful, and the wheels do not require any adjustment.
