👽Primer Contacto👽

Before I begin, I want to thank the entire Gaahleri team for this opportunity to showcase my work and participate in these kinds of events that bring together creators from around the world.
In this update, I'm starting the construction of the diorama using a piece of 0.5 mm MDF, a pencil, and a key, which will form the base of this project.
I start by placing the plate on the wood to mark a guide with a pencil for the circular cut and where the keycap will go.
Using a coping saw, I cut out the outline of the circle. Then I use a rotary tool with a cutting disc to deepen the cut.
I alternate between the coping saw and the rotary tool to make the cut faster until I finish the circular shape of the base.
Afterward, I use a sanding tip on the rotary tool to smooth the cut edge, and with that, the base is finished.
This is the first step in a project that represents not only an idea but also the passion, dedication, and care behind every detail. I hope you enjoy this process as much as I'm enjoying creating it for you.
See you in the next update.
