One last look.

This was my journey with the Miura.

Nothing more to explain.

Just enjoy it.

And now… everything opens.

This is the Miura exactly as I imagined it when this journey started.

Behind those beautiful lines is where most of the work lives — the engine, interior, suspension, functional openings, scratch-built parts and countless tiny details created and added throughout the build.

Some are easy to see. Others probably require looking twice. But every one of them was part of the experience of bringing this project to life.

I learned a lot, made mistakes, corrected them, changed ideas along the way and enjoyed every single stage of the process.

That, for me, is what this hobby is all about.

Thank you to everyone who followed the journey, commented, shared advice and enjoyed watching this little Miura slowly come together.

Now there is nothing left to hide.

After this long journey, it’s finally time to show the finished Miura.

For this first part of my final GWCC presentation, I wanted to keep it simple: the car completely closed, from every angle, just enjoying the lines and shape of this beautiful machine.

Months of work, countless tiny details, mistakes, corrections, learning and, most importantly, a lot of enjoyment went into getting it here.

But this is only half of the story.

There is much more hiding inside.

And finally… here it is.

No more teasers.
No more progress shots.
No more hiding.

After months at the workbench, countless hours, hundreds of tiny decisions, challenges, mistakes, corrections, experiments and details…

this is my finished Lamborghini Miura P400 SV.

When I started this project, I had an image in my mind of what I wanted to create.

What I didn’t know was everything this little Lamborghini was going to teach me along the way.

I cut into a beautiful body knowing there was no way back. I opened panels, created functional details, scratch-built parts, printed and adapted components, worked through the engine and mechanical details, experimented with finishes, fought through paint corrections, applied and polished the 2K clear, and slowly brought everything together.

Sometimes things worked.

Sometimes they absolutely didn’t.

But every problem forced me to learn something new.

And somewhere between the first cut and the final polish, I realized that this project had become much more than trying to build a beautiful model for a competition.

It became a journey.

A journey of patience.
Of learning.
Of challenging myself.
And above all, of enjoying this incredible hobby.

There are details here that may never be noticed. There are hours of work hidden behind panels and underneath the body.

And I wouldn’t change that.

Because I know they are there.

And that, for me, is part of what scale modeling is all about.

Before the final reveal, I wanted to look back one more time.

40 moments. From the very beginning to where this Miura stands today.

Looking at them now, it’s amazing how much happened along the way. Cutting the first panels, experimenting, scratch building, 3D printing, painting, making mistakes, fixing them, changing ideas and spending countless hours working on details that slowly brought this Miura to life.

Some steps were exciting.
Some were frustrating.
And many taught me something completely new.

But that’s what made this journey so special.

GWCC gave me a reason to push myself beyond what I had done before, but somewhere along the way, the competition became secondary.

I simply fell in love with the process.

So before showing you the finished model, here are 40 little memories from this adventure.

Hard to believe how far this little Miura has come.

What started with a box, an idea, and probably way too much ambition slowly became one of the most challenging and enjoyable modeling adventures I’ve ever taken on.

Cutting the body.
Opening the panels.
Building functional hinges.
Printing and fitting the engine.
Scratch building.
Tiny bolts, fittings and wiring.
Paint experiments.
Mistakes. Corrections. More mistakes. More learning.
The K306 Mar Sea finish.
2K clear.
Polishing.
And countless tiny details that probably nobody will ever notice individually… but together make all the difference.

This reel is a trip through all of it.

And watching it from the beginning again actually hits differently.

Because somewhere along the way, this stopped being just about building a 1/24 Lamborghini Miura.

It became about learning, pushing my own limits, enjoying the process, and seeing how far patience and attention to detail could take me.

And the best part?

I’m still not showing you the final result. 😏

The Miura is ready.

The Miura is coming.

This has been one of the most demanding and rewarding projects I’ve ever built.

Hundreds of hours.
Thousands of tiny decisions.
Countless lessons learned along the way.

Today I’m not revealing the finished Miura just yet.

Instead, here are a few close-up glimpses of the details that have kept me busy for the last months. Every badge, every grille, every panel alignment and every tiny part received the same level of attention.

One final post remains before the official reveal.
