Update 14: Arms and Tail Booster

EDIT: Apparently, it didn't eat my post, and gave me an error, but it went through anyway? Sorry for the double post :c

For some reason it ate my previous typing of this post, and I don't want to type all that out again.
I worked through the arms and the tail booster this week, and will be starting on the legs later today~ I do so love painting TR unit hands, and I think the Woundwort is one of my favorites to do, it always looks so striking on the kits, and I really like the modeling I did for these bits~

I also tried to get a decent shot showing the color shift I added over top all the main armor pieces. It's really subtle and a little bit more evident in real life. But I really didn't want it to be obnoxious or over powering. Overall though, I'm pleased with the effect~ It's pretty much exactly how I want it to be, and I'm hoping when I get to doing a final turntable it'll show up a little bit more~

Waterslides also came in so I can start getting those down, and prepping for the matte coat. After that it's just testing all the joints and makin' sure they're tight, and then final assembly~

last pic is the legs all up on sticks~

Wow man, that's awesome! Designing your own version of the Wouldwort is sick! Pray tell, may I get the files for this after the competition?

@JSmoothModels unfortunately not. I have no intention of distributing the files for any of this stuff.

@piperh I both respect that and hate it because it looks absolutely incredible. Not selling physical kits either, I assume?

@jsmoothmodels Yeah I'm not a huge fan of it either, but my main job sees almost all of my designs pirated at some point, and it would break my heart to have that be done to a passion project like this. I've accepted it for my main line stuff, but not here xD As for physical, I *want* to sell kits, but I still can't get the level of consistency with the prints that I'd want to have to feel comfortable with selling. That being the main thing, and a few other things that I haven't sorted out for it like a build guide and packaging and such. I can't *stand* Garage Kit folks selling prints that are literally still on the supports. Boggles my mind xD

@piperh yeah I get that for sure. I’m considering selling all of the upgrade parts for my project as an “upgrade kit” for the Monument, but I’d definitely wanna make some clear instructions and really perfect my prints first. Well, if you do decide to sell physical kits of that bad boy don’t hesitate to let me know because I’d take one for sure. Even just whatever quality you have it at now.
