Liberty★Walk Nissan RZ34: FINAL SUBMISSION Video + Photos

And finally… here it is.
My 1/24 Liberty★Walk Nissan RZ34 is officially finished after countless hours.

Here’s a brief list of features of my build:

  • Plastic main body upgraded with resin body kit, including the front bumper, lip, rear spoiler and fenders/wheel arches.
  • Hood vents handcrafted, trimmed and integrated seamlessly into the hood.
  • Self 3D designed Watanabe wheels and Yokohama Advan tires, printed in resin.
  • Custom designed mufflers. Designed in 3D and printed in resin.
  • Main body painted in metallic orange, clear coated, sanded up to 10k grit and polished with 3 grades of compounds until achieving mirror finish. The roof is painted in gloss black following the same procedure.
  • The hood and the wheel arches are painted in semi-gloss black and clear coated following the surface finish of the original Liberty Walk glass fiber parts.
  • Lowered suspension.

This build pushed me to step out of my comfort zone, but every challenge along the way taught me something new, proving that this hobby is about much more than just a final piece, it’s a journey of patience, learning, and pure passion.

To Gaahleri and the GWCC team, thank you for the opportunity and for the experience of getting involved in this awesome club of creators.

To everyone who followed the progress or dropped a like/comment thank you for making this project even more rewarding.

I hope you like it 😊

P.S. When I finally took all the pictures, I noticed they were all in landscape orientation 😅, so I decided to add this frame to maximize the picture's visibility rather than retaking them all. Sorry for the inconvenience.

This looks so amazing. The original design of the new Z missed the mark just a little bit. It was close to perfect but not quite there. I think that's part of why I've seen I think 2 of them in the wild since it's released. The Liberty Walk body kit subtly improves on the design. Your modelling and paint work really make this stand out. I hope to someday be able to do car kits at this standard. Absolutely love the end result.

@mechapainter Thank you for your words. Actually I completely agree with you. I like the original 400Z but it seems it's missing something, especially in the front. The liberty walk add-ons transform the car giving it a bit more of charachter and the end result is better IMO. Thank you again for your words!
