[Update #2] "Battle in the Shadow of the Eagle 102" – Workshop disasters, gear upgrades, and the enemy approaches!

Hey everyone! Time for Update #2, and wow... it’s been an absolute rollercoaster since the last post. Turns out, scale modeling can actually be a dangerous hobby! Here is what’s been happening at the workbench: The Airbrush Explosion & Gear Upgrade: While I was laying down paint on some parts using my old compressor, my trusty old airbrush literally exploded on me, leaving me with a nasty cut on my hand. Battle scars, right? Once patched up, I invested in a brand-new compressor and picked up a Gaahleri GHAD-39 airbrush. Honestly? I am extremely happy with it—the performance is an absolute dream. Detailing the Polish Mech: With the new gear up and running, I’ve started painting the finer details on the Polish model using enamels to really make those elements pop. The Enemy Unit Arrives (Rick Dom GTO): The opposing force is fully assembled! I finished building the enemy unit for the diorama—the heavy Rick Dom GTO. I’ve also already applied some initial weathering to give it that gritty, battle-hardened sci-fi look. Diorama Base: To tie the whole composition together, I’ve provisionally prepared the custom wooden frame that will hold the entire village scene. We are pushing forward, minor injuries aside! Feel free to let me know what you think of the progress. Next update coming soon!
