Just a quick update on the build!

Progress is a bit slow at the start, which is totally expected. I need to make sure I take my time to do things in the right order and making sure the glue has set properly before moving anything around. So far, I’ve got the floors and firewall roughed in (just the base layers for now). I can’t go much further until the frame is fully glued up and temporary set in place. As you can see in the photos, the main frame rails have been bent to shape, and the front crossmember halves are now bent but not yet assembled. These will eventually serve as the mounting points for the motor and suspension. Next week’s update should show a big step forward - not just with the frame and floors, but also with a new suspension and possibly even starting on some of the other scratch-built parts of this project.
