Today is submission day for the other painting contest! So I can start to think about heading back to this project soon. He's patiently waiting for me in my cupboard of printed parts

Still plodding on with my entry for a different contest this week!
Whilst I mentioned I won't be finishing my arcane project in time for this contest, I am still going to be completing the project idea. So here's the next print I've started for the diorama - Caitlyn by Bulkamancer

I won't be making much progress the rest of this month! Having just finished up my latest Patreon course, I'm going to start tackling my entry for another competition this weekend which will be my focus for the next 2 weeks

In all honesty, I think I'm out of this contest. I mentioned in a previous update that I'd expanded my patreon to add an additional course each month. Between this, existing commissions and the ongoing Tanuki contest (which I think I may start next week), I really don't think I can get the whole project done in time.
I don't really want to submit just one character, but I will see through posting updates of Warwick and close out the contest by showing you all the finished photos of him!
I will however still be doing my arcane project, so do come find me on instagram to see how it turns out. I will just be reverting back to my original December deadline. I moved it up to try fit it into this contest, but its just no longer doable.

Just a text update from me this time! We visited France for the 3D Print expo so been quite busy this week - photo of expo attached, I took this Sciel bust I painted to display at Uniformations booth. We also recently decided to add an additional tier to our patreon! Which is very exciting, but does mean I have now committed to an extra course each month. So I am having to reassess how many characters I include. I've identified my core characters and any extra I do around them will be great, but I will have to mainly focus on Jinx, Vi, Caitlyn, Warwick & Ekko. I did also proceed with a customer sculpt for Ekko too since I just couldn't find one I was happy with!

To kick things off, we're going to work on this model of Warwick. This was a community project that I worked on with some members of my discord community. Really pleased with how its turned out and a big thanks to the sculptor we worked with - Pericles. https://www.artstation.com/pericles-bueno Warwick is now on the printer and look forward to getting to start some painting!

When I first sat down to watch Arcane, I was truly blown away. The art style, the characters, the scenery, just everything was perfect and immediately had my artistic cogs turning. This was is my way to honour a show and art style I feel so inspired by. I plan to paint a full large scale diorama of as many arcane characters as I can get to. Some of the characters are missing from my existing files so I will also be commissioning some talented sculptors to help. Look forward to delving into this long contest with you all!
