Wing of Ash

Story:

A female warrior who took part in the war appears, characterized by having only a mechanical wing attached to her leg

On the ground, the war guardian knelt down and stopped, leaving only his body behind, and then stepped on him and leapt high.

​

However, that guardian cannot even tell whether it is a friend or a foe, and this warrior is also an unidentified mechanical warrior whose affiliation cannot be known.


Review:
I started because I wanted to make it with an overall black warrior concept.

I set the goal to represent everything from the character to the diorama using only an airbrush, and proceeded accordingly, using only GAAHLERI  Mobius 0.3mm.

Through this competition, I realized that there are many amazing modelers all across the country, and I also had the opportunity to learn.

The final task was to make a female warrior.
The blade is black, but I added a point of interest with marbling paint in the middle.

I gave the character a gradient effect, including adding a gradient to the wings on the legs using marbling paint, but I kept the black warrior concept and focused on working only with the airbrush for this as well.

It disappeared from project #10, so I’ll come again.

We decided to submit it first so that we could extend the shell impact and the fallen guardian.

I focused on using smoke and hit points, cotton, and plastic foam, and rendered as much as possible with an airbrush.

Finally, only the diorama base is finished, and now it’s about 70% complete.

I haven’t been able to paint the characters and weapons yet, so I’m trying to progress quickly.

I tried to depict the smoke from being hit using only an airbrush, without LED lighting.

There are about two weeks left, so I’ll try to finish it by the time I submit it.

While making the base in the middle, a problem occurred, so I had to reprint it, and the work had to go back to the beginning

Since I had done this part before, I decided to make the base a little darker while working on it again, so I colored it first, even though it doesn’t show it very well in the photo.

To create the effect part, I’m having fun using a 3mm transparent rod to first fix it in place, then trying to add a V-tor.

For the next work machine, the girl should paint too, so the timing is the problem....

The work is very slow, so there aren’t many photos

This week, I finally started the painting work.
It’s my first time painting an FDM print, so it’s a bit difficult, but I’ll do my best to finish it.
Whenever possible, I avoid using brush painting and other methods, focusing instead on using only airbrushing to create the most impressive dioramas I can.

Seeing so many participants already completing amazing work, I guess I should speed things up and finish it too

Hello, GWCC ~!!

This week, I printed out the base through a 3D printer.
It is about the size of 25x25x25 and a gesso is applied for base work.

I'll prepare to paint V-tor, the Kotobukya plastic model that will be the base, finish the work machine this week, and come back to the painting machine next week.

I finally found the answer to what kind of concept to make it
Kotobukiya plastic model Megami Devices, Hexagear, and MSG option parts will be used to represent a girl who jumps
