Bienvenidos de nuevo! En esta actualización me enfoco en el ensamblaje de la base del proyecto. Empiezo aplicando un poco de agua para ablandar la parte donde estaban las monedas, ya que serán reemplazadas por unas láminas.

Estas permitirán que, al incorporar imanes en los tentáculos, puedan tener mayor movilidad. Una vez reemplazadas las monedas, vuelvo a agregar una capa de papel con colbón y agua.

También aprovecho unas piedras pequeñas que sobraron del molde de la keycap para terminar el ensamble de la base; mido los tentáculos grandes que había hecho para que queden del diámetro exacto.

Welcome back! In this update, I focus on assembling the project's base. I start by applying a little water to soften the area where the coins were located, as they are being replaced with thin sheets.

These sheets will allow the tentacles once magnets are added to them to have a greater range of motion. After replacing the coins, I apply another layer of paper using a mixture of glue and water.

I also make use of some small stones left over from the keycap mold to finish assembling the base, and I measure the large tentacles I had previously made to ensure they have the exact right diameter.
