ICR Workshop

Today was all about bringing the seats back to life.

The process turned out to be more complicated than expected. The seats still had their original factory carbon fiber finish, but it was worn and damaged in several areas. I spent most of the day carefully removing it and preparing the surfaces until they were smooth enough for the new finish.

Once the preparation was finally done, I started applying the new carbon fiber decals. This is always one of the more challenging stages for me, especially on parts with such complex shapes.

Tomorrow, I’ll seal the seats with clear coat, and then we’ll finally see how successful this stage really was.
