After priming and coloring the armor parts, I have covered them with Gaahleri gloss varnish to protect it when applying the decals. It works really well!

In the past I had issues that the colors or varnishes were harmed by the Mr. Mark Setter, but with the varnish from Gaahleri, it works just fine.

The decals from the kit have a good quality and can be applied very well. Half of them are on it and the rest hopefully by today or tomorrow.

After that I will cover it with Gaahleri semi gloss varnish for the final look!

I am looking forward to add the armor parts to the model - I am curious how this will look like.

In parallel I will start with the parts from the massive base.
