Cleanly Painted Taillights
The taillights on the Italeri IVECO dump truck are now nicely painted and looking clean!
The truck itself has been heavily weathered to give it an old, well-used appearance, but I plan to keep the weathering to a minimum on the taillights and a few other areas to create some visual contrast.
A heavily aged vehicle still needs a few clean details to make certain areas stand out!

gekoch66 days agoI find that in real life usually the rear lights rarely discolor no where near as much as the front plastics . Less bug and insect hits at speed.

@gekoch That makes a lot of sense! 👍 I also wanted to keep the rear lights relatively clean to give some contrast to the heavily weathered body. Thanks for sharing your observation! 😊

Bughunter66 days agoI like the clean light red look of the lamps👍If I try to do this my lamps sometimes ends up too dark.
