And here the continuation of the rigging.

Pic 1 The complicated landing gear rigging was the next step. Eduard provided all the little holes, but there is a mistake in the manual: there is no cross in the drawing.

Pic 3 I'm not completely happy with the main rigging between the wings. The wire comes spooled and it is very hard to get it straight again. As it is flat the usual rolling does not work.

Pic 7 One remaining rigging task is the famous "wooden spider" cross in front of the cockpit.

Eduard has the center part in the kit but I do not like that and created a new one from wood and metal.

Pic 8 My wooden part. Here you can see, that the little kit part has a huge mould displacement 😠 If you sand that away the part is no more round.

Pic 9 The wooden wonder spider in place. For the connection I cut some terminals.

The aileron control wires are also not yet done.

Summary so far: in places with short RAF wires the new flat wire works fantastic, but I'm not happy with the longer ones.
