​Hey everyone, time for Update #3! I have some huge news to share because on July 14th, despite staying up late into the night, I finally managed to cut out every single piece of this massive model. All the parts are now sorted and organized on labeled paper plates just like we planned, and you can see the whole setup in the photos. Cutting out this entire kit was an absolutely incredible challenge, but I am so relieved to have this stage behind me. Now I can finally move on to the next phase, which is cleaning up all the elements and slowly preparing for the painting stage. However, I still have this lingering feeling that assembling this model later without any runner markings is going to be like putting together a giant jigsaw puzzle where the entire image is solid black and I will have to figure everything out purely by matching the shapes of the parts. It is going to be a wild ride, but I am completely ready for it. Stay tuned as we head into the cleaning and painting phase!
