Hey everyone! I finally managed to find some solid bench time to tackle the details, and the project is really coming together now. Here is what went down in this update: Painting the Details & The White Eagle: I finally sat down to paint the fine details, including the iconic Polish White Eagle from the national coat of arms. It instantly gave the mech a proud, historical weight. The "102" Lore Explained: A lot of you might be wondering where the name "Eagle 102" actually comes from. Well, the number 102 is a fun little easter egg for the Polish fans! It’s a direct nod to the famous, classic Polish TV series Czterej pancerni i pies (Four Tank-Men and a Dog) and their legendary tank, "Rudy 102". Haha, I just had to sneak that pop-culture reference in! Water Decals Applied: I’ve successfully applied the water slide decals onto the model, adding that extra layer of realism and micro-detailing. The Grand Composition: I bought some styrodur (XPS foam) to use as the base material for shaping the terrain. I did a test fit with both finished mechs inside the wooden frame to see how the spacing looks. Seeing both massive machines finally sharing the same space is incredible. The units are ready, the layout is set, and now it’s time to start sculpting the peaceful Polish countryside that's about to become a warzone.
