More assembly , first start on Interior and chrome highlighted areas
Got the RAD in , rear susspension, firewall top ,seats second coat grey trim ,exhaust rear brakes and interior door panels. Hand painted the underside of the hood as mine was repainted that way. Chrome pen went dry , will have to rely on hand brushing the REEL CHROME on things like door handles mirrors air cleaners etc. Iam going to have to buy one of the new rerelease versions to see what has changed with this kit. There are 3 new rereleases , both Austin and Morris.

Cristian Carlone67 days agoIs looking really nice. I use Molotow brand chrome pens. Have you ever used them?

@cristiancarlone Yes it was Molotow on the first chrome work done, that went dry or the tip went bad . So the rest of the chrome will be REEL KROME . Either hand brushed or possibly dipped.

@gekoch, thanks! How do you like REEL KROME? Would you recommend it?

@cristiancarlone I have both sprayed it ( look for the MR2 on GWCC earlier date) and hand brushed it . Have not tried dipping it yet. Would recommend not handling for at least 72 hr. even with gloves. Gloves might be Ok but I just prefer not to handle before that just to be safe.

@gekoch, thanks. Interesting that it takes such a long time to fully cure, but understandable.

@cristiancarlone As I said that is just me being overly cautious, they recommend slightly less.

@cristiancarlone That's just my preferred waiting time on most chrome's .
