Final Submission - When the Will to Fight Withers
The build is more or less finished. It turned out quite different from what I originally envisioned, as I ended up following my intuition as the project evolved.
To match the title, I wanted Belvine to look long-abandoned in a forest, so I added overgrown moss and vegetation around the carapace. I also built a ruined structure covered in plants to emphasize that the battle ended a long time ago.
I’m especially proud of the color blending on the wings and the aura converter—the transition between blue and violet came out really smooth.
To create a peaceful, calm scenery, I incorporated a lot of greenery and a large tree, which took a substantial amount of effort to build due to its scale.
Instead of mounting the sword on its back as the manual instructs, I placed it on the ground next to the unit and gave it a heavily weathered finish to show it hasn't been touched in years.

Cristian Carlone46 days agoI’m very impressed by your work! The whole scene has a true peaceful vibe, as you wanted it! The details in this diorama are very compelling, for example the moss on one side of the tree bark. The gentle weathering lets the viewer appreciate the mecha color scheme. Truly remarkable work! Bravo!
